Do you have a cancellation policy?
You can cancel your scheduled cleaning service at any point 24 hours prior the cleaning service is scheduled, otherwise a $35 service will be charged.
Does anyone have to be present during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home, although of course you're welcome to be. If you are comfortable you can give us a key or organise the access to your home.
How do I can trust the people you send to me home?
We are very particular about who we hire. Every Premium Cleaners Brazilian Touch employees are police checked. Also our employees are given top training to meet our standards.
How do I book a cleaning service?
It is very easy, you can give us a call, message us or email us. We will discuss with you about the services you want to be done, if you prefer you can leave a list of services. We will organise one of our premium cleaners to contact you and organise the best day an time to the cleaning service.
How often should I have my home cleaned?
Premium Cleaners Brazilian Touch offers regular housecleaning on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis. We also provide one-time cleans.
How do I pay for the cleaning service?
Payment is due the day the service is performed. You may pay us by bank transfer.
Do I need to provide the cleaning equipments and products?
Yes, you have to provide your own cleaning equipments and products. We think it is better to use the cleaning products you are used to, however if you have any question about which products are best our team can help you to choose them.
Do I get the same cleaner any time?
Yes, you will be allocated ti the same cleaner each time. If your cleaner is on holidays or sick we will organise a replacement cleaner for you during this time.
Are cleaners trained?
Yes, they are. We provide a very complete training. All Premium Cleaners Brazilian Touch employees are experienced and we focus on a practical and theoretical training as well.
Is there a contract?
No, there is no contract for booking a cleaning service with us.
